Currently my small fridge barely holds enough…sure we have the shelves on the door, but it’s still not enough. I think we may need a new fridge but don’t want to hit up the landlord for that yet. Therefore keeping everything in sealed containers seems to be the safest bet.

I already have some containers for eggs cold cuts, brick cheese, snacks, and juice. This is what I have done so far. Just remember that does not show the school lunches and water bottles that will be piling up in there soon. There is only one left over from dinner and I need to get those hot dogs into a container.

Julia from Mom on the Run x2 is sharing a free printable that helps her organize her blog. Go to her post and check it out. I just may start using it too.

Carla from Real Into uses Evernote to organize and set up her posts.

NEXT WEEK I will be talking about organizing your shopping lists and where you shop…multiple stores, one store, or online.

  1. I would so need this if Kevin wasn’t anal about making sure our refrigerator is just so. Seriously thank god for him, because otherwise my fridge would look like a disaster area! And Karen, I am so looking forward to next week’s topic, because I could so use some advice on this for sure 🙂

    • that is awesome that Kevin does that.Tony would let mold sit in a container then blame me, sighs.

I know grocery shopping and coupons are so annoying but necessity.

  2. Hi Karen
I don’t have a post about organization but I wanted to say Hello. I wish I was organized but I’m not which is probably why I can never find anything. If you can come over and link up at my party.

    • Your welcome babe, glad I was able to mention your system…hope it gets you some more traffic.

LOL..that seems to happen to all of us…those darn container gremlins.

  3. Organizing a fridge is a wonderful thing! I have “zones” in mine. Hardest part is getting the other members of the family to stick with the program! This is a really fun topic! Thanks, Karen.

    • I like the ideas of zones…very smart. I know hubby will just throw items in the fridge…grrrr. at least Dino puts things back in the right spot.

Would love to read your thoughts
