NEW CHALLENGES: as to what to buy family and friends AND making sure the magic of Santa lives on for our son

NEW CLOTHES: with gift cards I stacked up on clothes and undergarments from Dress Barn and Soma…so excited.

NEW ORGANIZATION: set up a meal plan, pantry organization, coupons to get and stay organized. Though let’s not forget, to save money, as well.  Sunday Coupon Inserts is a great service, for less than a dollar each you can purchase all the coupon inserts.

  1. I have so missed you Karen and was so happy to see you back here today. And I loved seeing what you have all been up to. I totally hear you about the extra pounds and will definitely trying to be more conscious of this now that the holidays are over. Again, glad to have you back and Happy New Year!! 😉

    • thanks babe…I think in the past I made it too complicated or tried to be fancy and do things that weren’t me. Just making it work for us seems to help.

  2. I took a bit of a blog break too. Hoiping to get more active on *other* people’s blogs agin this year. Participating in Listicles is a good start, anyway. 🙂

  3. What a beautiful family! That picture of all of you makes me so happy. It’s really great! I am loving the Christmas Card picture. Nice hair! Dino looks so very cute. I can see why you choose that picture.

My mom always used Peapod. It really did help her, so I am a total peapod supporter. I think it helps so so so many people – not have to worry about going out or not having to ask people to take them to the store. I know the delivery fee is expensive, but I think it’s totally worth the expense.

  4. Happy to see you back Karen 🙂
I loved Peapod too… I don’t think they have it here in South Carolina..
I loved the Christmas card and the picture of your family, Dino is such a cutie.
    Happy 2014!
    XOXO

    • of course I missed this week…but I will be there next week babe. Slowly getting back into it. Oh man, that stinks that peapod isn’t in SC… Can’t believe it seems like it;s been ages since New Years, right?
