I JOINED A GYM…sure I only get to go three times a week after school, before I get Anthony. But even a half and hour of the step machine and weights…will make a BIG difference. I even plan to go on Sunday morning…great way to spend ME time.
I think there is one other lady in the weight lifting area of the gym when I go. Some of the guys look at me like I’m invading their man space…I just nod at them and keep on my routine. I will mark how much I can lift on different machines next week..since I forgot. I do remember that I was shocked that the weights were heavier than I thought I could lift. GO ME!
I am noticing even more strength as I walk up stairs…I just keep walking. No more worries about gasping for air. I am noticing that I can carry and lift Dino for longer periods of time.
I ALSO DID 5 PUSH UPS WITH DINO ON MY BACK!!!!! Granted they were knee push-ups…but that was still flipping hard dude.
Not only am I wearing size 16 pants that I have had for years, but I recently wore a dress that I couldn’t even get past my stomach…now it fits perfectly. I have other dresses…but I like to be covered up as I work in a high school most of the time. (Sorry for the fuzzy pic again…Hubby was rushing to take the pic before I left for work.)

1. 10 knee push ups with Dino on my back
2. 10 regular push ups
3. 10 ten regular tricep push ups
4. 10 correct burpees with ease and not feel like a sweating klutz
Whenever I get tired, sore, or don’t want to do one more rep…I think of this little Dino. I want to be be strong and healthy for him.
