I love going to the gym and getting a nice workout. I walked 21 flights of stairs on the step master at the highest resistance. GO ME!
I can do more squats and lunges with my kettle bell and find that when I dance I don’t need that many breaks. Yeah, I can shake it up and keep going.
I CAN NOW DO 10 KNEE PUSH UPS WITH DINO ON MY BACK
I did two sets of 10 REGULAR push ups
To me that shows great improvement.
Dino loves when I use him to exercise. He gets such a kick out of being lifted up and down and laying on my back. He proudly says, “My mommy is getting stronger.” That is such an amazing statement, strong is powerful, strong is beautiful, strong is important.
I have plans to go clothes shopping with my friend, since nothing really fits me. While I rather shop at Dress Barn, I don’t have the money. It will be more convenient to use my Kohl’s card and just pay it off with the next two paychecks. I hope I CAN find a few pieces that will be cool in the summer yet professional enough for work. I’m think a bunch of summer skirts and tops and one or two pants/capris.

2. 10 regular push ups WITH EASE
3. 10 ten regular tricep push ups
4. 10 correct burpees with ease and not feel like a sweating klutz I can do five…so I’m almost there.
I found this site and just LOVE it…When I have the money I am so going to join. You pay once and you’re a lifetime member.
