Goodreads Summary: The Stranger
The Stranger appears out of nowhere, perhaps in a bar, or a parking lot, or at the grocery store. His identity is unknown. His motives are unclear. His information is undeniable. Then he whispers a few words in your ear and disappears, leaving you picking up the pieces of your shattered world.
Adam Price has a lot to lose: a comfortable marriage to a beautiful woman, two wonderful sons, and all the trappings of the American Dream: a big house, a good job, a seemingly perfect life.
Then he runs into the Stranger. When he learns a devastating secret about his wife, Corinne, he confronts her, and the mirage of perfection disappears as if it never existed at all. Soon Adam finds himself tangled in something far darker than even Corinne’s deception, and realizes that if he doesn’t make exactly the right moves, the conspiracy he’s stumbled into will not only ruin lives—it will end them
My Review: 5 Stars
OMG…I was not expecting that ending, I knew it would be bad, but not THAT bad…why?????? sobs! I was way off on all my theories, this was a deeply twisted and total mind fuck of a story…well done Harlan Coben. How will I sleep tonight???
I’m so distraught and devastated by the ending…
Spoilers…highlight to read
(((What did that group think would happen? Did they think people would be okay after their secrets were out in the open, after their lives were destroyed?
Did Tripp really think he could get away with murder and pin it on Adam? OMG…I am still crying over what happened to Corinne…her boys will never have their mom again…sobs uncontrollably.)))

Goodreads Summary: Big Little Lies
Pirriwee Public’s annual school Trivia Night has ended in a shocking riot. One parent is dead. The school principal is horrified. As police investigate what appears to have been a tragic accident, signs begin to indicate that this devastating death might have been cold-blooded murder.
In this thought-provoking novel, number-one New York Times–bestselling author Liane Moriarty deftly explores the reality of parenting and playground politics, ex-husbands and ex-wives, and fractured families. And in her pitch-perfect way, she shows us the truth about what really goes on behind closed suburban doors.
Oh boy, it’s crazy how realistic this is…cliques, gossiping, and bullying between parents is something that happens all the time.
Had one credit from audible and there was a sale…so I now have two books to read after this…
